Today’s fans expect more than passive interactions, and traditional loyalty programs and monetization models are falling short.
We saw an opportunity to build a dynamic fan ecosystem that goes beyond one-size-fits-all programs—one that fosters deeper connections, drives participation, and unlocks new revenue streams. Redefining community and monetization for Clubs, Teams, Influencers, and Venues.
[ Our Challenge ]
Most loyalty programs fail—77% don’t last beyond two years—because they rely on rigid, transactional structures that overlook the dynamics of fan behavior. Engagement isn’t just about points and rewards; it’s about creating value and giving fans reasons to invest over time.
For teams, venues, and creators, the challenge was clear:
- How do you move beyond short-term interactions to build lasting fan relationships?
