Spotify set out to redefine fan engagement in the Web3 era, looking for ways to deepen brand love, loyalty, and cultural relevance, particularly among Gen Z audiences. As the platform evolved from a one-way broadcaster to an interactive ecosystem, the brand saw an opportunity to expand beyond streaming and into fandom-driven digital experiences.
